MDP were appointed by Quilter Cheviot Investment Management company to design the refurbishment project to their Dublin office on Lr Pembroke Street. The workspace was in need of a completely new design to accommodate the current and future client needs. The new design benefitted from maximizing the natural light available from two elevations and this was key to the space. The comfort and energy efficiency of the office was increased through the installation of LED lighting and a new HVAC system. Whilst the project itself had a its own unique constraints, coupled with a substantial list of deliverables, the project team worked tirelessly to effectively manage the process within the given constraint’s.
