Located in New Ross, Co Wexford, the hotel is one of Wexfords premier business and vacation hotel destinations.The client planned a phased renovation of the hotel. This involved wedding entrance are, new wedding bar and a new restaurant area for lunch and dinner in this phase.The project scope also included the implementation of key fire and life safety works, to bring the building in line with current codes of practice.
Our role
MDP were the architects for all phases of the refurbishment project. Our hands-on approach to the architectural design and management of the project, which was delivered within a fully-operational hotel, was essential in assuring that there was no disruption to guests.
