Planning Permission Granted. We are delighted to receive planning permission via An Bord Pleanala for this 19 Unit housing development at Lemybrien, Co.Waterford. The Development consists of a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses with 3 Serviced Sites. This low density development is orientated around a central green space and the development offers uninterrupted views of the Comeragh Mountains. Great work from David Merrigan and Matthew Keating of MDP + Partners on this and a big thank to all of the design team including Dr. Jane Russell-O’Connor, Peter Thompson and Bryan McCarthy in achieving this permission.
