Office design and fit-out for the largest Vehicle Distribution center company in Europe. The design integrates daylight, artificial light & the reflectivity of surfaces, both vertical & horizontal within the space to create a great working environment. What few partitions exist tend to be made of glass and this combines with the glass frontage of the building to make natural light a pervasive influence. The orange reinforces the sense of color and lightness.
Today, Class A is a moving target. The category is influenced by the experience of global companies, operating in multiple markets. It’s influenced by a constant flow of new materials and systems that up the ante of performance, and by the human factors that shape demand. We track these trends and bring a world of best practices and deep tenant knowledge to every project—a true competitive advantage.
Completed in 2012. The 700 square meters of office space included a modern open plan studio arrangement with separate glazed cellular offices, breakout & informal meeting spaces along with formal meeting rooms of varying sizes. High quality finishes were used throughout with a strong focus on the brand color which when introduced in subtle ways complimented the bright open office arrangement.
We used Building Information Modeling which greatly helped the clients visualize the design before we started the construction on site. We are optimizing the performance of workplace environments through solutions that galvanise people, place and technology. The catalyst of our work is the premise that space matters; we actively link our workplace design solutions to our clients’ business, brand and cultural imperatives as well as an understanding of potential disruptions on the horizon that may impact their business.
